These classes are run and hosted by some of the best BBQ chefs in Australia. They take their grills seriously and know how to produce the best menus from the same hotplate, with each mouthful bursting with that authentic, fresh and delicious flavour that only a BBQ make. They will show you how to avoid charred mistakes and coax the juiciest flavours from your meat. Menu includes - Margarita on arrival- Spice Crusted Swordfish with Lime & Chipotle- Carne Asada with Adobo Marinade and hilli Corn Salsa- Polo Loco Chilli Chicken Burritos- White Chocolate Lime and Tequila Fondant
