Cooking class includes tuition, all the fresh ingredients that you need, recipe booklet, food style tips and a Moroccan inspired meal will be provided along with a glass of wine. MENU: - Prawn skewers with grated spiced tomato - Moorish pork skewers with pickled red onions - Chickpea and red pepper salad - Bulgar wheat salad with labneh and preserved lemon - Moroccan lentils with vegetables, cumin, paprika and coriander - Shakshouka – eggs poached in a zesty tomato sauce - Moroccan spiced chicken
