You can transfer to another date or course twice at no cost. Subsequent transfers will incur a $60 administration fee.
No refund on cancellation unless written notification of withdrawal is received at least two working days prior to the course commencing. A $60 administration fee will apply to all cancellations.
If a course is cancelled by the RTO you will receive a full refund of all course fees paid.
