Discover the art of making your own Chinese and Japanese dumplings with this hands on cooking class in Sydney. Learn how to make your own dumpling dough with this cooking class, before stuffing it with a variety of fillings. You will also have the chance to make some tasty dipping sauces to complete the dish. Your cooking class take place in Neutral Bay, just a few minutes out of the centre of Sydney. You'll be cooking with state of the art facilities with specially designed cooking rooms that are designed to enhance functionality and help you get the best out of your cooking space. While the layout and benches remind you that you’re in a professional cooking class, the coloured wall and bright cooking utensils encourage you to have a fun while you’re learning.

COOKING CLASS INCLUDES: - Tuition on making your own dumpling dough. - Choice of dumpling filling: pork, prawn & cabbage/ scallop & prawn/ vegetarian. - Create traditional Japanese dipping sauces: Ponzu sauce, lime & coriander. - Recipe book will be provided for you to take home

Classes are kept small to ensure everyone has a fabulous time and gets maximum attention. Classes are generally between 8-14 guests
What to bring/Dress code:
You do not need to bring anything. We supply all your ingredients, aprons & recipes. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear as you will be standing for a period of time followed by sitting on stools.
