Your chef is a master at baking French pastries, and will expertly guide you to recreating these delicious bites at home. He has lived in France, mastering the craft himself before moving to London and working in the famous Harrods Patisserie. Now, he has moved to Wagga and brought these baking tips and tricks over with him.
Your cooking workshop is located just on the outskirts of Wagga Wagga, surrounded by gorgeous hills and the very farmland that supply your ingredients. With large windows to let in the views, the workshop spaces are specially designed for classroom functionality and are prepared with modern cooking equipment.
