In France cooking is a pleasure - the French cook because they want to eat well and they love the process. So go ahead, and learn to cook classic French dishes including blanquette de veau, coq au vin and crème brûlée as well as regional favourites such as Soupe au Pistou, Tarte aux poires Normande and Pissaladière. The French Odyssey Cooking Class will take you on a culinary journey where each and every participant will be invited to enjoy the tastes, textures and aromas of simple and sophisticated French cooking.
