Begin with a healthy snack upon pick up then grab yourself a coffee as you wader through the Sydney Fish Markets. By mid-morning you will be relishing in a freshly cooked breakfast beside the Hawkesbury River en route to the beautiful vineyards. Sample fresh local delicacies as one of the Valley's regional stores before you are treated to a delectable dessert to wrap up the day before returning to Sydney.
