Mind Horror is restricted to +15 years. We ask that players under the age of 14 years be accompanied by an adult.
•You cannot play the adventure if you have epilepsy
•If you have a history of photosensitive seizures, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress or heart conditions, you should consult a doctor before playing Virtual Reality Rooms.
•Pregnant woman and the elderly should also exercise caution
•It's recommended you wear contact lenses instead of glasses to play as glasses larger than 15cm wide and 5cm tall will not fit within the virtual reality headset

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:
•No refunds apply
•You may reschedule your adventure subject to a $20 rescheduling fee
•You may have participant changes, however all participants will be required to sign our waiver prior to the adventure
•This experience can only be booked Friday-Sunday
•Please note: A minimum of two people are required for booking
