You have 3 options
A - Through our backend:
From any mobile device or computer. You need your login details, and enter the certificate number under the redemption tab.
B - Mobile QRCode Scan:
Within the mobile app, you can scan the square image.
C - With a Barcode gun:
For your desktop computer, within the backend, you can scan the barcode image if you have a barcode gun available.
Automatically the certificate will be redeemed if successful message is displayed. It will appear into the redemption history for your records and credited to your account to be pay the following week to your designated account.
