The 3 hour session commences with a full safety briefing and introduction to the equipment and techniques then get right into abseiling. Initially you will forward run down a simple small cliff so you get the skills up for the next step, a 15 metre cliff with an over hang. Finally you will get to have a crack at the 35 metre drop ending near where the crashing ocean waves meet the cliff.

Feel the adrenalin rush when you first step over the edge of a cliff face first!!!! This is for those who want a real challenge & excitement of experiencing both rock climbing & abseiling on the same day. You shall receive expert instruction on abseiling techniques in a safe and friendly environment. Expect to abseil down rocks things you never thought possible!! You don’t have to be super fit or strong for this activity. Just a wiliness to have a go!Set in the pictures Victor Harbor at Rosetta Heads (The Bluff) with stunning coastal views! You may even see some dolphins and seals swimming by.

What to bring/Dress code:
Loose fitting clothing appropriate for the weather. Personal medication. Lunch and snacks for the day. Water – approx ½ l per hour on hot days Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, cameras. Hair ties if you have long hair. Lace up shoes, eg, walking shoes or boots, sandshoes (trainers) are sufficient.

Activity available most weekends during the warmer months.
Weather:
The weather may dictate the plans on the day and the experience's activity may need to postpone if: The weather forecast for the day, exceeds 34 degrees, days of rain periods, storms, total fire band or extreme wind conditions. On days like these the vendor will try to contact you the night before. If they haven’t contacted you and you are unsure about the weather conditions please feel free to contact them.
