Cooking class includes:
- Tuition in how to de-bone, fillet and cook a whole fish to bring out extra flavours, prepare clams before cleaning and preparing calamari, prawns, whitebait and make your own batter.
- Recipe booklet will be provided
- Food styling tips
- A light meal will also be provided for you
MENU:
- Antipasto: fritto misto – calamari, cuttlefish, whitebait and prawns
- Entree: spaghetti allo scolio – mussels, congole, prawns or scampi and calamari
- Mains: seafood soup with fish stock, clams, mussels, prawns and monk fish or simple red mullet or sand whiting fillets.

Your cooking workshop is located just on the outskirts of Wagga Wagga, surrounded by gorgeous hills and the very farmland that supply your ingredients.
With large windows to let in the views, the workshop spaces are specially designed for classroom functionality and are prepared with modern cooking equipment.
